A view that brightened my stay

The sunrise over the lake was breathtaking, and the cozy outdoor area was perfect for morning coffee. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found dirt and debris that should have been cleaned up prior to our arrival.

This place suits me perfectly! With beach access, free parking, and a lovely picnic area, I feel right at home. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a place to exchange money, which I really appreciated.

The check-in process felt disorganized!!! There were cobwebs in the corners, and the parking lot was poorly lit and flooded. This hotel could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning and a bit of landscaping attention!!!

Totally loved the beach access, perfect for my morning coffee vibes. The sunset views were a real treat! I appreciated the friendly staff who were super helpful, making it easy to enjoy all that Mackinaw has to offer.

We got shuffled to Northwinds instead of Sunrise, which was a bummer for the kids wanting the pool. Also, after calling maintenance twice about light issues, no one showed up. Hunted for a TV remote and never found it—super irritating!

Staying here was wonderful, with stunning lake views perfect for morning coffee and just a short walk to both the Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse and Maritime Park for scenic strolls along the shore. the staff were super friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable, but the bathroom cleanliness could definitely use some attention.
